See a recent a press release about Mitsubishi Heat Pumps.
BENNINGTON >> Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating has been manufacturing heat pumps for the past 20 years. Until recently the heat pump technology has not been feasible to heat buildings in the northeast United States because of the severity of the winters.
With new compressor technology pioneered by Mitsubishi, heat pumps are now doing a tremendous job of heating buildings in Vermont, while saving owners a considerable amount of money on their energy cost.
Michael Camberoni, Mitsubishi's Area Manager for MA, CT and VT made a shop visit to Bennington Cooling and Heating. He presented the new air handler, which Mitsubishi has developed, to the technical staff of Bennington Cooling and Heating. The staff was looking forward to seeing this new unit which has the potential of replacing an oil or gas fired furnace.
Not only will this unit be able to heat a building when the outdoor temperature reaches -18 degrees in the winter but it will also cool in the summer.
Bennington Cooling and Heating has been named the area's only certified "Diamond Dealer" by Mitsubishi. In order to achieve this certification Bennington Cooling and Heating had to send its key personal to extensive training at a Mitsubishi school facility. George O'Brien the General Manager of Bennington Cooling and Heating said, "We are looking forward to this arrangement with Mitsubishi because now we are able to offer extended factory warranties to our customers." No other dealers can offer these extended warranties without being a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer.
Efficiency Vermont and Green Mountain Power have both endorsed Mitsubishi Heat Pump Technology. Bennington Cooling and Heating is an Efficiency Vermont "Energy Partner" and a certified contractor for Green Mountain Power.
Those wishing to learn more information about heat pump technology can visit Bennington Cooling and Heating's website at firstname.lastname@example.org.
